Great merchandise! I always enjoy shopping at Spencer Gifts! But this location has terrible employees. The assistant manager was rude and the sales floor associates were all on their phones, laughing and ignoring customers. Not to mention, outside of Spencer’s, their was a fight by Pottery Barn. Why has Mayfair Mall gone so down hill?

Theres this one girl, who acts like an idiot and flips her hair and overly uses the “B” word and the “N” word and dancing on the sales floor. As ME an African American woman seeing a white girl say the “N” word like it’s hers to use, it’s not not flying well with me. As for a shopping experience, I find what I need and get out.
