As a hobby, I've made safety razors for friends and family. I've never really been introduced to the arts-n-mysteries of "fine grooming." I had heard of this store over the years and don't have one near my house. So given the opportunity, I wandered in. The gentleman maintaining the store walked me through many different products, how they're used, differences between mass market and their offerings. Absolutely patient gentleman who was willing to answer my questions. He showed me differences between what I have made and their razors --and a couple other types as well. At the time, I didn't purchase a MASSIVE shaving kit as I wanted to try things before going all in. In the 2 weeks since, I've been blown away at the differences between what I've used all my life and these products. They may be expensive, but (in my opinion) they are really worth the decreased facial irritation and having an even smoother shave. I'm very thankful for this experience and will be purchasing again, online (still no store around the Indy metro area).
