(Submitted Photo: Galbraith Carnahan Architects) MILWAUKEE — Wauwatosa-based Matter Development and Milwaukee-based ICAP Development on Friday announced the groundbreaking for a 138-unit senior living project with Koru Health in Pewaukee. Harshaw-based Moore Construction is the chosen general contractor for the project and is working with Wauwatosa-based Galbraith Carnahan Architects and interior designer O+O Studios, based in Milwaukee.
