WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) --The 11-year-old boy charged with killing his own mother in Milwaukee appeared in a Wauwatosa juvenile court on Friday, Oct. 6 for a scheduling hearing, where there are continuing questions about whether he will be tried as a minor or as an adult. The boy, now 11 years old, was automatically charged as an adult for allegedly shooting and killing his own mother last November. The controversial case has caused an uproar in some Wisconsin communities and even made national headlines.
