With a local alderwoman looking forward to adding another destination to Wauwatosa, the city on Tuesday gave final approval for an indoor park offering a range of slides standing up to 24 feet tall. The Slick City Action Park business would take over a current industrial space at 1435 N. 113th St. near Mayfair Road. With Tuesday's approval by the Wauwatosa Common Council, it could open as early as this fall. The park would offer about 10 'dry' slides, a soft play area for younger children, ziplines, trapezes, swings and mini go-carts.
