KPot to replace Buffalo Wild Wings in Wauwatosa The former Buffalo Wild Wings property in Wauwatosa is expected to become an all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue restaurant. KPot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot plans to open at 2635 N. Mayfair Road, according to materials submitted to the city. That would be the region's second KPot restaurant; the first is planned in Greenfield. Operator Bryan Pham is behind both locations. Wauwatosa records indicate he would be the restaurant's general manager. KPot blends traditional Asian hot pot and Korean barbecue flavors, according to its website.
