Though opening any new business comes with its innate challenges, Neenah-based Lion's Tail Brewing Co. has experienced the gamut since opening its Wauwatosa taproom on Oct.14 The brewery had such a successful opening weekend that its beer supplies were running low, forcing Lion's Tail to close on Oct. 16.
